What’s the best way to handle assays with temperature control?
In most cases, it takes at least 20 minutes for reagents in the wells to go from room temperature to 37ºC once inside the microplate reader; even longer if some reagents came right out of the refrigerator. Keep this in mind when designing your experiments: pre-incubating the plate prior to reading it can help control your experimental parameters during the reading process.
