Monitoring bacterial cell growth in a 384-well plate using light scattering at 600 nm

This file presents bacterial cell growth curves obtained by a Synergy NEO over 24 hours. Light scattering measurements at 600 nm was used to study growth curves of bacteria under different conditions. Gen5 is used to determine the maximum slope and lag time.
